Recognized as a Certified Information Systems Auditor by the ICAI, he brought a
strong systems orientation to the firm's consulting engagement ensuring that risk

G. V. Raman is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with over six decades of exemplary
leadership in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. He is
instrumental in shaping the firm's vision and driving its long-term strategic direction.
A veteran in the corporate world, Mr. Raman has been a Board Member of the Shriram Group
since 1980 and notably held the position of Executive Chairman of Shriram Investments
Limited, a multi-million-dollar enterprise, from 1992. Under his stewardship, the
company witnessed significant growth through key financial and operational
transformations.
Mr. Raman is widely recognized as the 'Pitamaha' of the Chartered Accountancy profession,
having served in advisory roles across major industries, corporate houses, and
multinational corporations (MNCs). His deep expertise includes Financial Planning and
Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Internal Audit, Strategic and
Management Advisory.
Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Raman has made profound contributions to society. He served as
District Governor of Lions Clubs International (District 324A) and as Managing Trustee
of the Lions Foundation for the Blind, Chennai. His lifelong dedication to both
professional excellence and social impact stands as an inspiration to peers and future

Ashok Dorairaja

Ashok Dorairaja is a Senior management professional with extensive International
experience in Business turnaround, Strategic advisory, and Cross-border results. A
chartered accountant by qualification, he successfully led the revival of two large
public companies in Romania and continues to advise businesses across Europe.
He serves on the Supervisory Board of Vector Holdings, a group active in Agriculture,
Real estate, and Healthcare, and is the Chairman of the Amsterdam Chapter of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His career spans India, UAE, Indonesia,
Germany, the UK, Romania, and the Netherlands.
He is known for his collaborative mindset, clear communication, and ability to lead in
complex environments, he adds strong strategic advisory, operational turnaround, and
management capabilities to the PMC Leadership Team.
Ashok is a naturalized Dutch citizen and an active Rotarian (Paul Harris Fellow),
committed to both business excellence and community service. His multicultural
experience and board-level influence enable him to guide organizations through complex
transformations across diverse regulatory and economic landscapes.
Ram Ramamurthy
Director
Ram Ramamurthy brings nearly 30 years of experience in the U.S. Financial services
sector, with deep expertise in Risk management, Data analytics, Marketing, and
Technology integration. He played a key role in building a $30+ billion consumer credit
portfolio at Associates First Capital (later acquired by Citigroup), pioneering
empirical modelling, real-time personalization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
He began his career as a production engineer in India and Germany, before transitioning
into leadership roles in the U.S. financial industry. He is currently a Whole-Time
Director at UCAL Ltd.
At PMC, he brings strong advisory capabilities in technology adoption, data strategy, and
financial analytics helping clients navigate digital transformation, optimize
performance, and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks. His expertise
supports organizations in building scalable systems, enhancing operational efficiency,

Sharmilee Muralidharan
Director
Sharmilee Muralidharan brings a rare and powerful combination of financial acumen and
technical expertise as a qualified Cost Accountant and Certified Information Systems
Auditor (USA). She specializes in Business Process Re-engineering, Financial System
Development, Audit and Documentation, and Planning & Analysis, with hands-on
experience in platforms like SAP and a strong foundation in system audits and internal
controls.
Complementing her professional credentials, Sharmilee holds a Master degree in Psychology
and is trained in psychiatric counselling and art therapy. This interdisciplinary
background allows her to approach work with empathy, insight, and a human-centred
mindset-qualities that enhance collaboration, strengthen team dynamics, and support
healthier workplace environments.
